6 cups water

three tbsps. chili powder

three cups napa cabbage Kim Chee, brine

salt, to taste

reserved

ground black pepper, to taste

two cups cubed fully cooked luncheon

meat (e.g. Spam)

Directions

1. Take a large saucepan and combine water, kim chee, spam, pepper, chili powder, kim chee brine and salt.

2. Bring this mixture to boil and cook for about 20 minutes.

3. Serve.
